Lee Hockstader

Lee Hockstader has been a member of The Post’s Editorial Board since 2004. Based in Paris, he focuses on European affairs including the fallout from the war in Ukraine as well as immigration, politics, and social issues.
Before joining the Editorial Board, he spent 20 years as a Post reporter, working in more than 40 countries as a foreign correspondent based in Jerusalem, Rome, Moscow and Central America. He also did stints as a national correspondent based in Texas, and as a reporter on The Post's local staff.
